About LIVIN In Sedona
Cami and Greg Goucher have worked together in real estate since 2019. Their backgrounds in healthcare, business, and the military shaped how they work today, bringing resilience, creativity, and strong negotiation skill to every transaction. Through their own real estate investment company, they've helped families find creative strategies such as owner-financing, rent-to-own, lease purchase, subject-to and assumable loans.
Cami and Greg visited Sedona for more than ten years before becoming residents. When they are not working with clients, they are hiking the red rocks, cooking at home as self-described foodies, and talking with visitors from around the world about what makes this area special. They also run the YouTube channel LIVIN In Sedona, sharing an inside look at the place they call home.

What Makes Working With Us Different
We built the LIVIN In Sedona YouTube channel to show what life here is really like, along with a free Relocation Guide, a Neighborhood Quiz, a Neighborhood Spreadsheet, and a Hiking Guide. These are tools we use with our own clients every day, built from what we've learned living and working in Sedona.
